JOB OPENINGS

Managing Director

The Managing Director will oversee project results as well as lead our growth and business development through initiating and leading new client opportunities. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring an ongoing successful relationship with our clients. As a Managing Director, this person will help build the company’s portfolio of business and also oversee existing projects and teams in our commitments to our existing clients.

Desired qualifications & requirements include:

  • At least 10-15 years of experience in healthcare provider consulting and performance improvement with a focus on revenue cycle and the revenue continuum and a proven track record in driving measurable net revenue improvement

  • At least 5 years of experience managing others in a management consulting environment

  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare consulting business development and sales

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams

  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills

  • Excellent relationship-development and partnering skills

  • This role works remotely with required client and/or sales travel estimated to be between 20-60%

Director

The Director will lead broad-based engagements or multiple workstreams across various clients while also contributing to Eclipse Insights’ growth opportunities.  This individual will be the primary point of contact for our existing clients by developing and maintaining client executive and VP relationships throughout the course of our engagements. As a key point of contact for all team members, the Director will help prioritize and guide engagement next steps and help ensure quality results. A main part of this role will also include supporting sales opportunities and contributing to sales proposals.

Desired qualifications & requirements include:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare provider consulting and performance improvement with a focus on revenue cycle and the revenue continuum and a proven track record in driving measurable net revenue improvement

  • At least 3 years of experience managing others in a management consulting environment

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare consulting business development and sales

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams

  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills

  • Excellent relationship-development and partnering skills

  • This role works remotely with required client and/or sales travel required estimated to be between 20-60%

Senior Manager

The Senior Manager will lead client engagements or multiple workstreams across various clients. As an essential point of contact for clients and team members, this individual will be an expert in revenue cycle and help deliver relevant and informed solutions based on industry knowledge and experience. The Senior Manager will also help oversee all aspects of an engagement as well as support the Director or Managing Director in the overall success of their projects.

Desired qualifications & requirements include:

  • At least 8 years of experience in healthcare provider consulting and performance improvement with a focus on revenue cycle and the revenue continuum and a proven track record in driving measurable net revenue improvement

  • At least 3 years of experience managing others in a management consulting environment

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams

  • Additional skills in SQL and PowerBI preferred

  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

Manager

The Manager is instrumental in the day-to-day delivery of specific project workstreams and initiatives as well as the overall tracking of a larger engagement.  These individuals will help project manage engagement activities, action items, and next steps, as well as help clients catalogue key decisions. Responsibilities will include helping identify essential next steps and contributing to developing engagement and workstream recommendations. Managers must also have knowledge of, and experience in, developing industry best practices in one or more areas of the revenue cycle, and should also be comfortable speaking to and leading discussions across the entire revenue cycle.

Desired qualifications & requirements include:

  • At least 6 years of experience in healthcare provider consulting and performance improvement with a focus on revenue cycle and the revenue continuum

  • At least 1 year of experience managing others in a management consulting environment

  • Experience with identifying and quantifying net revenue improvement opportunities for healthcare organizations

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams

  • Additional skills in SQL and PowerBI preferred

  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A strong and effective people leader

  • This role works remotely with periodic client travel estimated to be between 15-50%

Senior Consultant

The Senior Consultant is instrumental in the day-to-day delivery and support of specific project workstreams and initiatives.  These individuals will help contribute to engagement activities at the direction of their manager, track action items and next steps, as well as will help to own and support key project data and analyses. Responsibilities will include performing and owning data analysis, developing client-facing deliverables, supporting and leading client meetings, and identifying essential next steps within assigned initiatives. Senior Consultants must also have knowledge of, and direct exposure to, industry best practices in at least one area of the revenue cycle.

Desired qualifications & requirements include:

  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare provider consulting and performance improvement

  • Exposure to identifying and quantifying net revenue improvement opportunities for healthcare organizations

  • Exposure to mentoring and/or supervising another team member in a managing consulting environment

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams

  • Additional skills in SQL and PowerBI preferred

  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • This role works remotely with periodic client travel estimated to be between 15-50%

Consultant

The Consultant is instrumental in the day-to-day support of specific project workstreams and initiatives.  These individuals will help contribute to engagement activities at the direction of their manager, track action items and next steps, as well as will support key project data and analyses. Responsibilities will include performing data analysis, developing client-facing deliverables, and supporting client meetings.

Desired qualifications & requirements include:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in healthcare and / or performance improvement consulting and / or finance or business

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams

  • Additional skills in SQL and PowerBI preferred

  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • This role works remotely with periodic client travel estimated to be between 15-50%

IT Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Managing OneSupport tickets, Avanan security reports, SentinelOne security reports, SOC2 compliance tasks, InTune Compliance on devices, SentinelOne deployment on devices, the contractor VDI, new user accounts in Azure, licensing in Azure, cost analysis in Azure, and Azure Groups.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • File QA from clients

  • Database field QA

  • SFTP compliance from clients

  • Data Mapping in PowerBI

  • Power BI development

  • Flex into more database work and even platform development 

Desired qualifications & requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s and Computer Science degrees required

  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams

  • Additional skills in Microsoft Azure and SQL preferred

  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills

  • Excellent multitasking skills are required

  • This role works remotely with limited required travel

Training and technology expectations include:

  • Training requirement – Candidate will be trained on multiple policies and procedure within Eclipse and will be expected to execute those tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Data control expectation – Candidate is expected to follow all data control practices outlined in the Security and Compliance Training, HIPAA Training, and Confidentiality and Property Right Agreement.
